About the submissions process
Artists or representatives wishing to submit material to ACA Music are invited to create a profile by completing this artist sign-up form.
After creating an artist account, our A&R team will review each profile within 7 days. Once an artist's account has been verified successfully, the profile will then become publicly accessible (from midnight on Sunday) and guests can listen, watch, share, tweet, comment and even vote for tracks that they like via http://artists.acamusic.co.uk.
Profiles with the most active and engaged audience at the end of each week are displayed in order of popularity, with the highest rated artist featuring as 'Artist of the Week'. Subsequently, these artists are invited to ACA Music's head office for a free two-hour, no obligation consultancy – an opportunity to have a full introduction to ACA Music and discuss an artist's career in greater detail.
Not only are weekly charts generated by votes, but also through audience interaction and participation through social media. This activity is tracked via the website and also through our new Facebook app (directly from an artist's Facebook page).
Further information
We suggest that artists upload unique musical and video content (multimedia that has not previously been distributed online) in order to take advantage of the social networking aspect of the website. This provides a good incentive for users to engage with your new ACA profile, as well as to share content with others.
Please note that an artist profile will not be displayed publicly until an account has been verified and activated by us. However, from the moment that audio/video content has been uploaded, these profiles will be instantly accessible to the ACA team and to the artist's existing fan-base.
